What costs can I expect for utilities?

You can estimate between $70-120 per month for Hydro depending on your usage. Water/sewer is paid to the town of Niverville and is approximately $33 per month.
How much are the security and pet deposits?

Security deposit is ½ a month rent and pet deposit is 1 months rent.
Can we move in early?

Typically, the current tenant will only vacate a suite by noon on the last day of the month but you can be in touch if anything changes.
How many pets can have in the rental if my application is accepted?

Only 2 pets are allowed and if you are bringing a dog then it has to be 50 lbs or under.
Is there parking included?

Yes, one parking stall comes with any of our rental suites.
